WHCD Party Invites: The Hill + Extra + the Canadian Embassy = Blowout

They're rolling out the red carpet. Literally.

Intimate this affair is not: The list of celebs, journos, newsers and politicos planning to attend The Hill/Extra/the Embassy of Canada’s Friday extravanga is a long one, enough to more than fill the red carpet hosted by Extra’s A.J. Calloway.

On the celeb side, guests include Blindspot’s Jaimie Alexander, New York Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony, Full and Fuller House’s Candace Cameron Bure, Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery, Superbowl MVP Von Miller, Scandal’s Scott Foley, as well as Dulé Hill, Lisa Edelstein, Bridget Moynahan, NeNe Leakes and more.

CNN’s Dylan Byers, Brian Stelter and S.E. Cupp; NBC’s Chuck Todd and Katy Tur; Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren and James Rosen and CBS’ Gayle King form an impartial list of the media folks who will be in attendance.

And to round out the confluence of politics, press and personalities, the politicos in attendance include Sen. Joe Manchin, Rep. Carolyn Maloney, Reince Priebus and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee.

Your hosts for the evening will be The Hill owner Jimmy Finkelstein, publisher Adam Prather, EIC Bob Cusack and the recently appointed ambassador of Canada to the United States, David MacNaughton.

The party starts Friday at 7 p.m. ET at the Embassy of Canada. And no, they won’t be accepting immigration applications.
