What Does Tumblr, the iPad, and the Dharma Initiative Have in Common?

Microblog service Tumblr’s iPhone apps was one of my favorite early apps for the iPhone. It lets you post text, photos, and almost anything that Tumblr permits as content types on their microblogging platform. Frank discussed the new Tumblr For Android app earlier this week. Both apps are free So, when I read this item on Tumblr’s own blog, my guess was that Tumblr had finally released a free microblogging iPad app.
