Vine for Your Windows Phone (at last)
Vine, the six-second video app owned by Twitter, is now available for Windows Phone 8. The free app, which allows users to view and create ultra short videos with their smartphones, debuted in the Windows Phone app store Tuesday.
The Windows app lets Viners pin their favorite accounts to the home screen — a nice feature that provides ready access to the app. It also includes the features already accessible to Android and iOS users, such as Ghost, a sort of review button.
