Victory For Jesse James in Child Custody Battle
He may have been the most hated man in America for a minute there, but in family court yesterday Jesse James was on top of the world. The judge granted James full physical custody of his daughter Sunny, and shared legal custody with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
James was given permission by the court to move Sunny to Texas, which prompted Lindemulder to break down in tears. According to US Weekly, she cried, “I can’t do this! I’ll move! I’ll move!”
James wants to take Sunny to Texas so that she can be closer to her former stepmother, Sandra Bullock.
