Twitter has added Hugh Johnston and Martha Lane Fox to its board of directors.
Johnston is PepsiCo’s vice chairman and chief financial officer. He has been with the company since 1987.
Lane Fox was the co-founder and managing director of lastminute.com, a travel site. She is also the chairwoman of MakieLab, a 3D printing and game company.
Johnston and Lane Fox succeed outgoing board members Peter Currie and Peter Chernin.
