TheStreet Names Managing Editor, Tech Reporter
TheStreet.com has hired Scott Billings as managing editor and Jennifer Van Grove as a tech and social media reporter.
Billings comes to TheStreet from Hawthorne Writers, which he founded. He previously worked as CNBC’s senior news editor for six years. He also spent more than a decade with The Wall Street Journal. Van Grove most recently worked for CNET as a reporter covering breaking news stories.
“Our mission is to offer investors credible insights that will help them make the best decisions about their money,” said Elisabeth DeMarse, TheStreet’s president, in a statement.
