Think of it this way: sourcers are the reason you might get a call from a headhunter at work even if your contact information is unlisted. They’re the people asking you for your Rolodex so they can hire your coworkers away. (Hey, it’s just business.) They’re great at infiltrating secret worlds, so today we’re infiltrating their secret world at their conference here in Washington D.C.
