The Mysterious House at 3331 Erie Avenue

A bit of funny to hit the midpoint of the day. Terry Brown, an architect and professor in Cincinnati, is looking to sell his house, his “life’s work.” But, for some reason, the thing isn’t selling. Reason being? It’s really, really weird. Looks like something out of a Dr. Seuss book (hence the article’s title from the local paper, “Dr. Seuss Would Be Proud”). Started in 1989, and situated in the middle of a block of cookie-cutter houses, the place took on a life of its own, and it’s said that Brown has likely put in about a million dollars in labor hours to put it all together.
