The Interactive World of Weatherhead and Andolsek

The Street has an interview up with Andrea Weatherhead and Diane Andolsek, owners of the Weatherhead Experience Design Group (because “Andolsek Experience Design Group” doesn’t sound as cool). They’re the two who, along with countless other high-profile “experience design” projects, Microsoft top dog, Paul Allen, went to when he wanted to build his Experience Music Project. In the interview, they talk about just what “experience design” is (we can summarize by saying it’s like building interactive children’s museum exhibits, but for adults), about working with Allen on his museum and about their latest project for the New Mexico Museum of Natural History, “Startup: Albuquerque and the Personal Computer Revolution” (which Allen also had a hand in, what with he and Bill Gates founding Microsoft there and all).
