The Forward Relaunches 'The Jew And The Carrot' Blog In Time For The High Holidays
Jewish weekly newspaper the Forward has partnered with Hazon, a non-profit, to relaunch their “The Jew and the Carrot” food blog on the paper’s site.
The blog will serve as a place to explore issues relating to Jewish culture’s relationship to food, including presenting sustainable/organic food options to readers.
One blog post currently on the site, however, dissects an issue that deeply impacts, as the blog puts it, “Jews and Gentiles, and Manhattanites and Brooklyners” alike: the
