Anyone wanting an excuse to skip work? Phone in “overheated dehydrated” and scamper out to the Valley. Tom Petty’s first wife, Jane Petty, is having a yard sale! Actually, it’s billed as an Estate Sale, but no one died. And I don’t think Tom ever had an estate as in stately manor as they lived in Encino. They were married until 1996, so it’s possible that some of Tom’s old stash is kicking around in a dresser drawer.
