The satellite radio unit home to Howard Stern is set to officially incorporate music news into its various music channels, produced by a dedicated reporting “team.”
Let’s just hope that their “exclusives” are merely a sound check and not a harbinger of what we can expect in terms of “breaking” news:
Exclusive news items recently reported by SIRIUS Music News include hit maker Ne-Yo responding to false gay rumors, and nude photos of himself that were intended for use as blackmail; Lionel Richie announcing that the Commodores would reunite; and country singer Tanya Tucker announcing that she will be recording a new song with Willie Nelson, George Jones and Merle Haggard.
