In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Fox News president Roger Ailes admitted that he despises the mango. Mangoes—the delicious national fruit of India, Pakistan and the Philippines—it seems, are the dreaded liberal’s fruit of choice.
During the interview, Ailes offered THR’s Marisa Guthrie some fruit. It was that moment that Ailes understood who stood across from him — the enemy:
At one point, he offers me some fruit. I explain that I’ve already had my morning ration, mango actually.
