Anyway, the rain is over for a bit. After the break is another Twitter posted pic of the rainbow over our soaked city. We talked to LAT reporter Andrew Blankstein and he remarked that their coverage at the paper has been a combination of gumshoe reporting and relying on social media to pinpoint trouble issues.
