It was developed for an NSA secure mobile device program and certified for voice communications classified as Top Secret and classified for access to email and website classified as Secret (Note: Back when I was a DoD contractor the classification sequence was Unclassified, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, “don’t ask” :-).
