One Developer's Thoughts About Building Windows Phone 7 Apps
If you were a developer, what would you say to me if I told you I am have an essentially new mobile platform that I’d like you to build apps for. It has some similarities to an earlier mobile platform I developed but essentially everything about the new platform is different from the old one and a couple of key features like copy/paste and multitasking have been removed?
That’s essentially what Microsoft is doing with their upcoming Windows Phone 7 based on the 15 year old Windows CE engine.
