NBCU Moves Tony Cardinale to Senior 'Insights' VP for Women and Lifestyle Networks

NBC Universal today announced that it has appointed Tony Cardinale to the newly created position of “senior vice president, strategic insights” at the company’s women and lifestyle entertainment networks.

Cardinale assumes the new role from a previous gig at NBCU: senior vice president, research and insights, Bravo Media & Oxygen Media and Women. He will still be reporting to president of research Alan Wurtzel and president of NBCU Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Lauren Zalaznick.

“Consumer insights are a critical driver of our overall success, and play a significant role in both how we program and our unique ability to connect advertisers with a large target audience,” said Zalaznick in a statement.
