MSG Network Hires New Studio Analyst

MSG Network has added Alan Hahn to its basketball and hockey coverage. Hahn, the veteran Newsday writer, joins the cable network as a studio analyst.

Hahn, who is leaving the newspaper next week, will work on Knicks pre- and post-game shows, while also contributing to Rangers, Islanders, and Devils games on MSG and MSG Plus. Additionally, Hahn will be a featured blogger on

Hahn has been with Newsday for 16 years, serving as Knicks beat writer for the past five seasons.
