Lisa Lampanelli To Host The Oscars of Porn
The AVN Media Network announced this week that the 2011 AVN Awards show will be hosted by “The Queen of Mean,” insult comic Lisa Lampanelli. The AVN Awards, often referred to as the “Oscars of porn,” are the most prestigious in L.A.’s other multi-billion dollar film industry. Said Lampanelli of her hosting gig:
It’s so exciting to be named as host of the AVN Awards. Thank God Betty White had a scheduling conflict! No, seriously, this is a dream come true.
