Kindle Opens Shop in UK, Cheaper Prices Than U.S.
Amazon.co.uk launched the UK Kindle Store today and some of the prices in the new store are cheaper than in the U.S.
The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets’ Nest by Stieg Larsson is only 2.70 pounds, about $4.30 U.S. versus $9.99 in the U.S. store. The Help by Kathryn Stockett, which runs for $12.99 in the U.S. is only 2.79 pounds, about $4.40 U.S.
Amazon.co.uk started taking pre-orders for the new Kindle featuring last month. The retailer also said that they would be setting the eBook prices, not
