Kindle 3 Reviews Begin To Pop Up
The new Kindle 3 ships later this week and the reviews are already beginning to pop up online.
PC Magazine’s review points out the pros: “Compact Design. Higher-contrast screen than its predecessor. Smarter button layout. Integrated Wi-Fi. 4GB capacity (enough space for 3,500 books). Wide selection of books, magazines, and blogs.” And the cons: “No support for EPub format.”
The reviewer sums it up with: “The latest edition’s improvements aren’t revolutionary, but the Amazon Kindle remains the best dedicated ebook reader on the market.”
The Telegraph UK points out the lack of a color screen.
