Jennifer Sharp Appointed MGM SVP of New Platforms
MGM appointed Jennifer Sharp to the newly created position of senior vice president, new platforms. Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum, co-chairman and chief executive officers of MGM, made the announcement Tuesday.
In her new role, “Sharp will work closely with Roma Khanna, President of MGM’s Television Group and Digital and Ken Schapiro, MGM’s Chief Operating Officer and other members of the team to identify business opportunities utilizing MGM’s new theatrical and television content, vast catalogue and iconic brand including partnership, joint venture and investment opportunities that best position MGM for growth as new digital platforms are introduced.”
