Myspace CTO Dabbles in Israeli Internet Radio
Although the size of LA’s Israeli community is up for debate, the number of Internet radio stations aiming to serve it is not. According to an article in TRIBE magazine, the trio of current San Fernando Valley located outlets consists of IsraLa.com, GaleiLA.com, and Radio Kol America (RKA).
In the case of RKA, the station was launched in May 2010 by Tal Orio Gerloy, a female correspondent for the Yedioth Ahronoth daily newspaper, fellow Israeli journalist Yanirk Dekel, and his life partner Alex Maghen.
