The best holiday party in town was going on at Lucky Strike last night, where the Hotline — divided into teams named after sex-scandal-plagued lawmakers — competed for bowling bragging rights.
Not distracted by the abundance of alcohol and steaks on a stick, “Team Spitzer” took home the evening’s trophy — fending off strong challenges from the Fossella, McGreevey, and Foley squads.
The winning team, appropriately sponsored by the Emperor’s Club, included John Mercurio, Meredith Nettles, Sean Miller, Matthew Gottlieb and Carrie Dindino.
