Gong Show Live Returns to Times Square with Judges Ken Dashow and Leslie Gold
A stage presentation based on the popular 1970s Chuck Barris TV show, Gong Show Live returns to B.B. King’s in Times Square.
The one night only show is at 8 p.m. on August 27.
Producer and judge Leslie Gold holds the rights to stage Gong Show Live in the U.S. through her Radiochick Corporation.
“The original Gong Show’s variety, humor and surprise elements made it not just memorable, but set precedents,” Gold said in a statement. “There’d be no America’s Got Talent, Jersey Shore, Big Brother or other current reality/talent TV shows without The Gong Show.
