Gervais Finds Golden Globes So Nice, He'll Host it Twice

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association must enjoy getting teased. They’ve booked Ricky Gervais to return as host of the Golden Globe awards in 2011, even after he made them the butt of many jokes at the 2010 ceremony. From The Wrap:

Gervais, the creator of the British version of “The Office” and the star of such films as “The Invention of Lying,” was the first Globes host since 1995. Ratings for his show were up 14 percent over the previous year; the show won its time slot and drew 16.9
