Former Fox 11 Reporter Arrested in Child Molestation Case
Roderick “Rod” Bernsen, a former Los Angeles police sergeant-cum-TV news personality was arrested Saturday in Long Beach after returning to port on a cruise ship. Authorities wouldn’t say why he was arrested, but someone told the LAT that Bernsen, 58, was “suspected of molesting two 12-year-old boys in the ship’s sauna.”
