“Oh, blasted geography!” That’s exactly what we said, while simultaneously jumping up and down on our desks, crying like infants, after we learned about the upcoming event at the Kaufmann Concert Hall in New York next Monday, The Art of the Book: Behind the Covers with Dave Eggers, Chip Kidd and Milton Glaser.
