Dozier Remains 'Critical But Stable,' 'Responsive'

CBS News correspondent Kimberly Dozier remains in a critical but stable condition after being injured by the car bomb in Iraq that killed two of her colleagues and prompted a bout of soul searching in the media.

BERLIN — A CBS News correspondent critically wounded by a car bomb in Iraq that killed two colleagues was heavily sedated and breathing through a ventilator yesterday at a U.S. military hospital in Germany, a spokeswoman said.

Dozier was under heavy sedation when her parents, siblings and boyfriend arrived Wednesday, hospital spokeswoman Marie Shaw said.
