Donald W. Reynolds Announces 2010-11 Fellows

The University of Missouri’s Reynolds Journalism Institute announced its Donald W. Reynolds 2010-2011 fellows. The chosen few range from entrepreneurs to journalists and interactive directors.

The fellows will spend a year exploring new ways to produce and package news.

The entrepreneur on the list is David Cohn, the creator of Spot.us, a community journalism platform. “During the Reynolds Fellowship I’m going to explore and push ‘community-focused sponsorships’… It will further explore Spot.Us relinquishing control of the money in journalism over to the community,” said Cohn on the fellowship website.
