Does The Press Club Building Hate Healthy People?

The National Press Building management sent out a memo this week informing tenants that they can no longer bring their bikes into the building and must chain them up outside if they ride to and from work. The management brought a copy of the rules and regulations to every office and the memo reads, “As you will note item #7 restricts bicycles from any portion of the demised premises or public common areas of the building.
