Disney Introduces Story Theater Apps For Kids
Creating puppet shows is an age old game for kids. In a move to help tap into this kind of creativity in the digital arena, Disney has released a new series of iOS apps called ‘Story Theater.’
The apps are designed to inspire imaginative play by letting kids create their own animated stories and puppet shows. The apps allow kids to choose different environments, characters and props, to create their own animated movies. The apps, which are designed for kids ages 3-7, let little story tellers record their own audio tracks to create their stories.
