Demi Moore & CNN Team Up for Documentary on Sex Trafficking
Demi Moore, in conjunction with CNN’s Freedom Project, will host an hourlong report for the network on child sex trafficking. The documentary, called “Nepal’s Stolen Children,” is scheduled to air on June 26.
The New York Times details some of the program’s content:
Ms. Moore meets girls as young as 11 who had been forced into prostitution and were rescued by a Nepalese nonprofit.
At one point she talks to Nepal’s prime minister, Jhalanath Khanal. At another, she goes home with one victim to find out if the girl’s family will accept or reject her.
