Defection Alert: WSJ's Lattman Joins NYT's DealBook
The Great Newspaper War of 2010 between The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal has been quiet of late, so it’s with some excitement that we bring you this news: Journal reporter Peter Lattman is jumping ship to the Times, Business Insider reports.
Lattman — who covered law, then private equity at the Journal — will write for the Times‘ DealBook blog with Andrew Ross Sorkin.
Back in June, the Journal‘s Russell Adams reported that the Times was looking to raise headcount at DealBook.
