Daily News May Be Changing Offices

The Observer reports that the Mort Zuckerman’s Daily News may be moving out of its digs at 450 W. 33rd St., two blocks west of Penn Station. We can see why; the building looks like an giant cement Jersey highway barrier.

Don’t get too excited, Snoozers. There’s no confirmation yet, and the Observer is speculating that Zuckerman may be trying to leverage his current landlord, Broadway Partners, into renegotiating the lease at terms more favorable to the Daily News.
