D.C. 'Paterno' Book Event: CANCELED
The Paterno book appearance by author Joe Posnanski at Politics & Prose slated for Aug. 30 has been canceled. “Canceled by Publisher” reads the news on the bookseller’s website. Simon & Schuster is the the publisher for the new, badly-timed biography. Strangely the event was supposed to start at 11:59 p.m.
Seems an odd time for a book reading, don’t you think?
On July 22, the NYT reported that Simon & Shuster was scaling back appearances for the book.
