The administration at the elite private Crossroads School, high school alma mater of Jack Black, Kate Hudson, Zoey Deschanel, and a gaggle of studio chief offspring, is jittery about the article which will appear in next month’s issue of Vanity Fair about the almost self-parodic touchy-feeliness of the school’s educational philosophy. This piece follows in the wake of the chapter in Andrew Breitbart’s and Mark Ebner’s Hollywood, Interrupted, about the school’s complicity in vapid celebrity culture.
