Condé Shuffles Publishers, Again

'Details' moves out of Wackermann's stable

‘Tis the season for publisher changes at Condé Nast. The company has found a new spot for Jason Wagenheim, whose job as publisher of Glamour didn't work out.

Wagenheim, who left Glamour after just two months, was named to the same position at Teen Vogue, creating the question of what will happen to Sabine Feldmann, who had been in that job since June 2010. Condé Nast said Feldmann would be named to a new position at the company later this week.

Also, Kevin Martinez was named as publisher of Details, from a consulting role. Martinez joined Details from Hearst’s Elle, which he left in June after having been demoted following Hearst’s purchase of the magazine.

In an organizational change, Martinez will report to Condé Nast CEO Chuck Townsend, rather than to executive vice president Bill Wackermann, who oversaw Details along with Glamour, Bon Appétit, and W. With Wagenheim's exit, Wackermann is returning to running Glamour on a day-to-day basis.
