Comedians Take to the Streets of D.C.

This weekend, The Kennedy Center will honor star of television and stage, comedian Carol Burnett with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. In support of the prize, Capital One Bank is taking to the streets  to ask Washingtonians to share a laugh for a comedy legend in the #sharealaugh truck as it rolls through the city.

Find out where the #sharealaugh truck will be…

From Thursday, October 17th to Saturday, October 19th, the #sharealaugh truck and a team of local comedians (including D.C.’s own Sara Armour) will traverse the city bringing out smiles from passersby to capture moments of laughter in photos. Teams will also encourage people to upload their “laughing” photos with “#sharealaugh” to Twitter, Instagram or the Share A Laugh app on Facebook.

Anyone who submits a photo with #sharealaugh will have a chance to win exciting prizes, including tickets to the 2014 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor Awards.
