After a long–and rather unexplainable–absence, “The Washington Post City Desk is back blogging, six days before the Sept. 12 D.C. Democratic Primary. We’ll be online throughout the primary.”

re: the post’s d.c. blog. I dont know what is up with that David. He’s so gung ho about D.C. coverage it’s a little scary. He just did that grant project in Japan – I think the other D.C. Council and poltiics reporters should be (and are!) a little intimidated.
