Carrying on that College Newspaper Tradition
The college newspaper (yeah, they still exist) is a sanctuary for those budding undergraduate journalists looking to learn how to produce stories, edit copy and live with little sleep. The Denver Post took a look at the only Colorado print paper still run by students, the Rocky Mountain Collegian.
With a staff of 60, the Colorado State University students still produce a daily rag that focuses on school news, sports and entertainment. But, like so many in the industry, they know their newfound skills could go to waste.
