Bob Dylan's 'Brazil Series' Paintings to Premiere at National Gallery of Denmark

Bob Dylan, the famous singer/songwriter/Cate Blanchett-look-alike (that’s what I’m Not There was about, right?), has also spent portions of the last fifty years as a painter. After exhibitions of his work in Germany and the UK over the last couple of years, the National Gallery of Denmark wanted in on the action and commissioned Dylan to paint an entirely new collection. And so he has. The gallery has announced that they will be showing his “Brazil Series,” described as “40 canvases depicting Brazilian scenes.”
