Amy Larocca Is New York's New Fashion Director
New York today announced that Amy Larocca is stepping up from her contributing editor role at the magazine to fill the spot being vacated by outgoing fashion director Harriet Mays Powell. Powell is leaving the magazine after six years to “develop a multimedia project,” New York said.
“Amy is as gifted a writer about fashion as exists anywhere, and she is also a writer who thinks like an editor,” said New York editor in chief Adam Moss in a statement.
