Aeon Flux: NBC Universal in demand for on-demand
We suspect that the idea of making it a Blockbuster night will soon seem so quaint, we won’t beleive we ever watch movies by stumbling upon a store.
Reuters reports that Aeon Digital entered into a licensing agreement with NBC Universal that will “make movies and television events available on-demand over the Internet.”
The catch? The Aeon-supplied movies are only available for 24 hours. Sort of like “Brigadoon,” but without the 100 year wait.
