60 Percent Of Managers Say They 'Deserve' To See Your Facebook

HRTechNews reports that 60 percent of managers say they have a right to see their employees’ Facebook pages and other social networking sites, according to a recent Deloitte survey, while more than half (53 percent) of workers surveyed say their managers shouldn’t be able to see what they post.
Maybe that’s because, in the same survey, a third of employees polled said they never consider how their employer might be affected when posting material on social networking sites.
