Michael Tonge is a firm believer in betting on oneself. When he decided to step away from an agency role, he co-founded The Culture LP—a collective of visual artists, musicians and creatives on a mission to improve the quality of life of Black and people of color globally through the power of the arts.

Tonge partnered with #blkcreatives and Giant Spoon to create “The Future is Built” campaign for Square, to amplify Black businesses. For Tonge, the project was all about leveraging the best parts of what The Culture LP has to offer—community and creativity.
