Making history has become the norm for poet and activist Amanda Gorman.

In 2017, she was first-ever National Youth Poet Laureate. Last year, she became the youngest known poet to take part in a presidential inauguration. Now, she’s partnered with Estée Lauder as the beauty brand’s first-ever Global Changemaker.

As part of the partnership, Estée Lauder will contribute $3 million to launch and support the Writing Change initiative with Gorman to promote literacy. The poet will participate in various philanthropic activities with the brand.

The partnership was announced by Gorman in an Instagram
