VIP Sales Assigns Smoothies to Flowers

DALLAS VIP Sales Company has selected Flowers & Partners Marketing Communications to handle a national assignment for the frozen-food company’s smoothies line, the shop said.

The agency will break a campaign for Ready to Blend Smoothies during the first quarter that will include television, print and promotional work. The effort will introduce the line in new markets and “promote increased consumption” in existing regions, shop president Paul Flowers said.

The Dallas shop said the effort would be a “multi-million dollar” campaign; it won the business following a formal review with undisclosed contenders.

The Tulsa, Okla.-based client spent less than $1 million on media last year and this year through September, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
