Torre Lazur McCann Healthcare Worldwide has appointed Michael Ouimette president of the global healthcare-marketing firm’s San Diego branch, formerly known as the BioGenesis Group. In his new role, Ouimette will be responsible for the region’s overall management and new business-development efforts.
