Executive producer Mark Thomas, feature film producer Ralph Winter and director Phil Cooke have launched a commercial production company called Thomas Winter Cooke in Santa Monica, Calif. Thomas was previously managing director of Area 51 films. Winter recently produced studio films set for release in the coming months, including the comedy Shoot or Be Shot starring William Shatner and Harry Hamlin, and family film Blizzard, which was directed by LeVar Burton. Cooke has primarily directed television shows and documentaries.
